Set oven to 200°C
Remove the lid before placing meal in the oven
From Frozen: 45-60min
Defrosted: 30-45 min

Defrost at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Egg wash the pastry by brushing 1 beaten egg with some water or milk.
Bake at 30 – 45min until crispy and golden.
